Our Mission Statement

We strive to foster an inclusive community that inspires, supports, recognizes, and empowers all women in science. We accomplish this mission by staying true to our three guiding principles: Connect, Lead, and Empower.

Connect: Build a supportive network of scientists and foster relationships with the community by establishing outreach opportunities.

Lead: Mentor the leaders of today so that they can inspire the leaders of tomorrow.

Empower: Empower women scientists to excel in all stages of their careers.
